IDENTITY
Building the system behind a global brand.
I developed a practical brand framework that brings visual identity, writing standards, digital presence, and governance into one system. The goal was not simply to document how HaystackID looks, but to make consistency easier across a growing organization and an expanding range of marketing materials.

More than a logo guide.
The 2026 Brand Guidelines bring the company’s identity into one working reference, covering visual standards, typography, color, imagery, tone of voice, digital presence, social media, and brand security. The system is designed to help different teams create consistently without making every execution identical.

A visual language people can actually use.
Typography, color, logo usage, imagery, and layout rules create the visual foundation. The guidelines establish enough structure to make materials immediately recognizable while leaving room for campaigns, products, and events to develop their own emphasis.

Consistency includes the message.
The identity system extends beyond visual design. Voice standards define the brand as clear, insightful, confident, and human, creating a common editorial framework for everything from thought leadership to sales and campaign copy.

Built for an AI-enabled organization.
Brand governance also addresses how AI-assisted work is created, reviewed, and shared. The guidelines connect emerging tools with human quality control, approved source material, accountability, and brand standards so innovation does not come at the expense of trust.
