EVENT EXPERIENCES
Taking integrated campaigns from screen to show floor.
I design event experiences as connected brand systems, not isolated booth graphics. Large-format environments, on-site touchpoints, client invitations, and supporting collateral all work together to make the brand recognizable, useful, and memorable in the room.

Built for the room.
Trade-show creative has to communicate at environmental scale. The system needs to read from across an aisle, hold together across multiple surfaces, and still give attendees a clear reason to stop, engage, and learn more.

Designed for distance.
A 10-foot cybersecurity lightbox uses a short message, strong contrast, and a bold geometric frame to create immediate impact. The companion panel shifts toward pure brand presence, letting the environment carry the story without overloading the wall with information.

On-site touchpoints.
The experience continues at the counter. A repeatable resource-library system gives attendees a quick path from the physical event to case studies, fact sheets, and solution overviews, while adapting the visual treatment to each conference.

From campaign to show floor.
Event campaigns extend beyond the physical environment. Social creative builds recognition before attendees arrive, adapting the brand system to different conferences, cities, and messages while keeping HaystackID immediately recognizable.

Beyond the show floor.
Event identity also carries into the experiences around the conference. Client dinners, cocktail receptions, and hosted outings use a consistent invitation framework while changing imagery and tone to fit the venue and audience.
